The Meals on board are a purely enjoyable experience. On your blue cruise our chef spoiles you with the very freshest and healthiest of ingredients using the best herbs and spices to create local specialties and gourmet meals that guarantee an unparalleled taste experience.
The carefully selected Meals by our cook range from mezes (small Turkish delicacies as an appetizer, served hot or cold with fresh bread) to grilled meat or fish.
There are a variety of vegetable dishes, steamed, boiled, fried or marinated and cooked to be served alone, with meat or joghurt.
Fresh vegetable dishes with eggplant, peppers, zucchini, leeks, spinach, Swiss chard, okra, and countless varieties of beans are carefully prepared with fresh tomatoes, herbs and spices. Vegetables, fruits and herbs are usually grown organically.
A special treat is freshly caught and grilled fish or seafood that is prepared in the mediterranean way.
